Who we are
Ironframe is a studio for web design, webshops, branding and brand direction, founded by Mathijs Jesper Leus. Mathijs is responsible for what happens to your details.

What details we receive
Through the request form:
- your email address, and if you fill them in, your name and phone number;
- your current website or the name of your business;
- what you think should be better.
Through WhatsApp: your phone number, the name and photo of your WhatsApp profile, and the messages you send. Through email or phone: whatever you share with us yourself.
What we use them for
Only to make and send your free concept, and to contact you about your request. We don't send you a newsletter, we don't sell your details and we don't use them for advertising.
Legal basis: you ask us for a concept yourself, and we need your details to make it and to contact you. That falls under the stage before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who else sees them
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States) hosts this website and stores the details from the request form. This means your details are transferred to a country outside the European Union. Netlify participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of which the European Commission considers this transfer adequate. As an additional safeguard, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Netlify's Data Processing Agreement.
- WhatsApp (part of Meta) processes your messages if you contact us through WhatsApp.
- Google Workspace handles our email. Emails you send us, or that we send you about your request, are stored there.
How long we keep them
No longer than needed for your request and any assignment that follows. Retention period: a maximum of 12 months if no assignment follows.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and doesn't store anything about you in your browser.
Your rights
You can always ask which details we have about you, have them corrected or deleted, and object to their use. Email hello@ironframe.nl. If you're not happy with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
